The staff were great especially the 2 guys and one girl that worked evenings throughout the week of December 4-10. They gave great tips for additions to my already well optimized itinerary. They suggested great local food options and some tips for living like a local.

The bed was super comfortable. The room and the bathroom were spacious compared to the hotels in Tokyo. The staff is very nice and friendly. They helped me to ship my luggage to another hotel. The location is very good with a big supermarket across the street. I used to get coffee and breakfast from there the day before because it was cheaper.

1. It was near the metro station. 2. Room size was decent. 3. There were 2 supermarkets and one convenience store very close by. 4. Room had kettle and refrigerator.

1-the location is perfect . you can take “bus 50 “ to go to hotel from kyoto station it taksa abiye 10-12 minutes. if you dont mine you can also walk like 25-30 minutes from the station. 2- the reception team was great turu smile you :) 3- tovels and all need things like teetbrush , shampoo etçi iş provided for free also tea. 4- you can walk ony 500 meter to nishiki local market and then continue to Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka bu walk it iş very very easy and you dont have to pay for transport. if you dont want to walk you can take bursa which is kist format of the hotel. 5- it was very clean and comfortable bed .

The position is great, very close to the Nishiki market and other attractions of Downtown Kyoto, and a few minutes walking from the main stations to move around Kyoto and surroundings. The staff was available and kind. We really liked that they have a self-service bar for room amenities, to avoid waste and only take what you want to use. They offer a buffet breakfast for 1000 YEN (when we went, about 5.90) and it's quite nice, with many options to choose from.

Perfect location, delicious breakfast. Everything is available with busses running in front of the building. The station is about 30 minutes by foot. Some temples, shrines, markets are also available within 20 minutes walk. A big supermarket is on the other side of the street, and a Fresco, and Family Mart is also 10m far only. Lunch boxes can be heated with a micro available at the reception. You can leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive earlier than the 3.pm, or after checking-out.

It was a pleasant stay. There were many amenities, like fridge in the room or kettle. If you needed something you could always ask at the front desk, for example extra towel or sleepers. The room was big enough for one person. Bed was comfy. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Great localizaton, just a few steps from a bus stop (single bus to/from Kyoto station or to the vicinity of the Philosopher's Path) and a few more steps from Shijo and Omiya stations (from Omiya you can get to Arashiyama). Family Mart and a regular grocery store are just a step away. Coin laundry and coin dryer are available at the 6th floor which is great. On the same street there are plenty of small restaurants (ramen and whatnot), so you won't be starving. All in all, great value for the money.

The location is excellent - there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the bed is comfortable.
